The Role The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Folio platform, ensuring its functionality aligns with organisational needs. This role is critical in supporting operational efficiency, system integrity, and user access management. The Systems Administrator collaborates with various stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain a high level of system uptime and security. Administer, configure, and maintain the Folio platform to ensure operational effectiveness and security. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system data to support compliance and integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the system meets compliance and business requirements. Oversee testing environments and ensure quality assurance for configuration changes. Support IT teams in system integrations and data migration processes. Identify opportunities for system improvement, process automation, and operational efficiency Your Profile Proven experience in systems administration, configuration, or business systems support, ideally in a complex or resource-limited environment (preferably 2 years). Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of system administration, user management, and access control. Experience with ETL processes and system integrations is highly desirable.
