As a Learning & Development Administrator, you'll support the L&D Manager with exciting training initiatives. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure our programs run smoothly and records are maintained. Join our small, dynamic team and make a significant impact from behind the scenes. If you enjoy making things happen in a close-knit team, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Juggling Training Schedules: Keep our training sessions running smoothly and coordinate all the logistics like a pro. Training Records Guru: Maintain and update our training records and databases, ensuring everything is spot-on. Compliance Champion: Make sure we're always in line with regulatory and legislative requirements. Report Wizard: Prepare insightful reports on training activities and outcomes that keep everyone in the loop. Admin Extraordinaire: Provide top-notch administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager, making life easier. Essential criteria: Experienced: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Go-Getter: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in AI tech and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. People Person: Great at building and maintaining relationships. Detail Detective: Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy. Road Warrior: Current NSW driver's license for travel to all our awesome sites. Aussie Resident: Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen.
