They design, manufacture, distribute, and supply products to a wide range of industries, including Power, Telecommunication, Railway, Water, Roads and Building companies involved in construction and infrastructure projects across Australia. Their manufacturing facility is based in Dandenong, Victoria. Enerfab is currently looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Technologist to join their team on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Analysing engineering problems and developing solutions in line with industry standards and best practices. Modifying and adapting existing technologies to enhance production processes and efficiency. Conducting research to identify new developments, implementing continuous improvements and trends relevant to the metal products and structure manufacturing industry. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement engineering projects. Preparing technical reports, documentation, Safe Operating Procedure (SOP), Safe Work Instructions (SWI) and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations. Providing technical support and assistance to production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and space. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations in all engineering activities. Qualification and Experience: Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
