About the Company Our client is a well-established and growing not-for-profit organization based in the Caboolture region. They operate across multiple sectors across community services and are dedicated to making a positive impact on the local community. About the role This role presents a great opportunity to assist with payroll administration within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing payroll processing, timekeeping, and data entry. Your duties will include: Processing time adders into the payroll system (Micropay) Extracting and processing reports into the system Excel data entry Providing ongoing support for the active project About you To excel in this role, you will bring experience in payroll administration, along with a foundational understanding of payroll-related legislation. The ideal candidate will possess: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong proficiency in Excel and systems management Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Micropay experience is a plus, though not required Why MOVE?
