Due to a healthy project pipeline, we are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team based in Newcastle. They offer a supportive and positive team culture, with an internal Learning and Development team to foster your career growth. Key responsibilities include: Prepare Scope of Works Review and approve subcontract documentation prior to issuing. Ensure subcontractor statutory requirements are being met. Progress claims – prepare and check payment authority. Process subcontract variations in accordance with procedures. Assess subcontract extension of time claims. Prepare and agrees on project financial objectives with the Project Manager The Successful Candidate Degree qualified in Construction Management or commensurate industry Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in a contract administration position Strong decision making, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Computer literate including Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft word, Project, Excel and Outlook Benefits: Join a professional construction company, who can provide you with mentoring and development.
