As a member of our dynamic team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring high-quality, personalised care for clients throughout our NSW/ACT footprint. In this varied role your responsibilities will include: Optimising Service Delivery: Use Carelink and collaborate with case managers to ensure services are scheduled effectively, maximising client satisfaction. Rostering Care Workers: You'll be responsible for coordinating both internal and external Support Workers, ensuring all in-home care services run smoothly. You'll create and maintain detailed rosters, adjusting them as needed to reflect availability, workload, and operational needs. Building Relationships: Manage relationships with Support Workers, brokered agencies, and older adults to ensure needs are met efficiently. Handling High-Volume Calls: Manage incoming calls, ensuring a responsive and friendly service for all. Reporting & Administration: You’ll provide regular reports on staffing levels and roster performance, and support the Older Adult Manager with administrative tasks as required. About you We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong experience in an administrative role , along with transferable skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your organisational skills and adaptability will be key to ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key qualities we’re looking for: Experience : Strong administrative background, ideally with some rostering experience (7-day roster experience is a plus). Don’t have rostering experience but have a transferrable skill set? We’d love to talk to you Tech Savvy : Ability to learn new IT systems quickly. Experience with CareLink is a bonus. Communication: Excellent skills in liaising with a wide range of people, including negotiating and problem-solving with various stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team while managing tasks independently.
