ABOUT THE COMPANY. North Shore Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources & Recruitment function of Council. ABOUT THE ROLE. Initial 8-week contract with potential for the successful candidate to apply for a permanent role. You will take the lead on the administration duties for all recruitment tasks and onboarding of new staff, and perform an array of HR duties whilst assisting the Talent Acquisition Lead. DUTIES. Schedule and invite Hiring Managers & Candidates for interviews Responsible for tracking applications and reporting duties Uploading documents to the internal HRIS Liaising with external recruitment agencies Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead as instructed SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Experience as a HR Admin or Recruitment Coordinator Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills Quick learner and strong work ethic REMUNERATION. $35 p/h Super CULTURE.
