Location: North West Sydney Contract Type: Short Term (with a view to extend) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team for a short-term contract role, with the potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in the fit-out and refurbishment of supermarket and retail projects . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of contracts from pre-construction to project completion. Ensure that all contracts are adhered to, including budget and timeline management. Manage project documentation and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project. Maintain and update project schedules and cost reports. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress tracking. Resolve any contractual issues or disputes in a timely manner. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, specifically in fit-out and refurbishment of supermarket and retail projects . Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JobPac systems (essential). Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
