About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administration and Facilities Assistant to support a leading education institution. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic learning environment, providing high-level administrative and facility coordination support within a clinical education setting. Key Details: $49.26/hr Super 3 days a week Immediate start - 14th of April Located in The Range, Rockhampton Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with facility management, including responding to maintenance requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Managing student accommodation logistics, coordinating bookings, and addressing accommodation-related concerns. Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and processing reimbursements. Supporting clinical skills training, including preparing equipment and managing inventory. Acting as a key liaison between students, staff, and external stakeholders. About You : 2 years’ experience in administration, facility coordination, or project management. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with facility management systems (e.g., Archibus, StarRez) is highly regarded. A keen eye for detail and an understanding of health & safety regulations.
