About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible Accounts Administration Assistant to provide essential support to a busy yet supportive team. This part-time role offers flexibility, with work required on any weekdays except Wednesday. We are open to short-term temporary placements over the next few months or a permanent part-time position for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone looking for 3–4 days per week, with the option of school-friendly hours. You’ll be joining a close-knit team, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Accounts support, primarily focusing on Accounts Payable, with some Accounts Receivable tasks. Assisting with finance reporting and administrative support. Data entry and general accounts administration. Collaborating with the existing Accounts and Admin team to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Experience Previous experience in accounts administration is essential. Proficiency with Xero accounting software is highly regarded. A flexible and adaptable attitude, suited to a dynamic private family business. Strong communication skills with a clear and professional approach.
