The Opportunity Reporting to the Service Excellence Manager, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction within the organisation. You will facilitate the timely processing of invoices with a high degree of accuracy, while meeting customer administration and documentation requirements. We are seeing an engaging and detailed orientated individual who can: - Generate and submit invoices daily, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and invoicing targets. This includes managing invoices through customer portals, processing external sub-contractor invoices, and maintaining accuracy and timeliness. - Establish and maintain customer portal accounts, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. - Communicate regularly with clients to update contact information and validate the accuracy of portal links and security information, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective information exchange. - Provide data Entry Management and General Administrative support to the team What's in it for you - Join a stable global company and work with a supportive team - Access great opportunities for learning and development - Engage in interesting and varied work within a welcoming and collaborative team.
