The Role This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest and experience in supporting the care and wellbeing of teenagers, to join a team who are committed to creating a safe and happy ‘home away from home’ for our boarders. This is a casual role which involves sleepover and weekend shifts across a 7-day roster. The incumbent must have the capacity to work Wednesdays and Sundays. We invite you to take a look inside our Boarding House here About You You will ideally have had previous experience supporting teenagers in a residential environment, or in an education, welfare or health setting. You have well-developed skills to relate positively with young people, including administering pastoral care, building trusting and healthy relationships, and nurturing their progress from an academic, social and emotional perspective. You show calm and considerate communication, have excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to respect confidentiality and privacy of boarders, parents and members of the College community.
