Work with our high-performing teams in an inclusive workplace with flexible working arrangements Key duties and responsibilities The Adobe Solution Developer will be responsible for Apply your knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service to implement solution designs for our websites in a robust and scalable way that supports risk and compliance requirements. Develop AEM solutions using Adobe Cloud Manager that leverage Templates, Components, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments and Workflows that follow web accessibility guidelines. Develop and support integration between AEM and other platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Transperfect etc. Debug and troubleshoot platform and site issues across environments, including production. Identify and document functional and technical requirements. Provide estimates for development and testing effort for requirements. Work in blended, multidisciplinary project teams. Contribute to training junior graduate developers. Contribute to staff learning of AEM through demonstrations at training sessions. Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters. Essential criteria 1. 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Solution Developer with developing and testing Adobe Experience Manger website implementation projects through design-build-migration-testing-maintenance phases. a. Excellent communication and technical explanation skills. b. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team or organisation using Agile and human-centred design principles, practices and frameworks. c. A great attitude to work and respect for your team. d. Strong experience in building and integrating AEM with other platforms and partners. 2. Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and understanding of the differences from AEM on-premises versions. 3. Experienced Java Developer with knowledge in web framework-based development and Internet technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) and the modern languages and libraries that support web developers. 4. Ability to create and update source code via Git and delivery thought Continuous Integration (CI) and Delivery (CD). 5. Willingness to participate in code reviews to ensure quality and efficiency while helping to minimise defects support testing phases when required. Additional requirements 1.
