Your Responsibilities As a Systems Administrator, you will: Provide IT Support: Act as an escalation point for the Service Delivery team, resolving critical issues and managing service requests to ensure operational continuity. Infrastructure Support : Provide second level support to resolve issues with and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments , Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, Cisco Meraki, telephony and end user compute . Troubleshoot and Resolve: Provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring minimal downtime for clinical operations, and assisting with technology rollouts and upgrades. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base to ensure future efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaborate: Work closely with other IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement within IT operations. About You We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Systems Administrator with: A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience. At least 3 years’ experience in IT support, with a strong background in Service Delivery and Infrastructure Support. Proficiency in supporting technologies like Active Directory/Azure AD/Exchange/Group Policy Management, Intune/Mobile Device Management, Windows Server, Cisco Meraki (Switches, SD-WAN, WAPs), Windows network technologies (DNS, DHCP), Hypervisor technologies (VMWare vSphere/Microsoft Hyper-V), Backup technologies, and telephony (including Cisco Webex) Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues efficiently. Strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours. A willingness to travel to different sites as needed to provide in-person IT support.
