About the role We are looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to manage project documentation and provide essential administrative support to the team at our Townsville depot. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project operations and contribute to the overall success of the team. Key Responsibilities include Manage procurement activities, including purchasing, matching, receiving, and processing goods receipts for materials and services in SAP Coordinate project data and prepare detailed project reports Support field workers by updating SAP for timesheets and expenses, ensuring timely approval and payment Oversee client and subcontractor project registers and assist with end-of-month reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and effective communication About You The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration, managing invoices and purchase orders with exceptional speed and accuracy in data entry, all while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data manipulation skills, and capable of writing and implementing code in JavaScript High level of computer literacy; experience with SAP is highly regarded Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly across all levels of the organisation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities effectively Our people are our energy source, and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
