Sales and Production Coordinator Full time permanent Carrara, Gold Coast 4211 $75- 80k super About the organisation: Pulse Merchandise Solutions is a leading merchandise provider specialising in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors. They pride themselves on delivering innovative, high-quality products to B2B and retail clients, working with some of Australia’s largest fitness groups and wellness retailers to provide high quality clothing, merchandise and supplements. About the role: We are looking for two Sales Coordinators to support the Key Account Managers to drive business success and coordinate the sales cycle. This role requires an understanding of the fitness industry and the intricacies of clothing manufacturing. The Sales Coordinator will champion the workflow of a sale from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all internal and external departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Key Account Managers in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports/presentations, and managing correspondence. Maintain and update sales databases, track metrics, and generate performance reports. Facilitate product collaboration with internal teams (design, production, and operations). Manage and track inventory, orders, and shipments for accurate and efficient deliveries. Assist in invoicing, payments, and financial reporting using Xero . Maintain knowledge of freight and manufacturing processes, to optimise logistics. To be successful you must have: Experience in a sales coordination/ production or similar role, preferably in health, fitness, or wellness. Understanding of fitness industry and clothing manufacturing processes. Knowledge of freight and logistics, particularly with suppliers in China. Familiarity with project and financial management tools such as Xero and Monday.com. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. What’s in It for You?
