The Opportunity We're looking for a results-driven SaaS Project Manager & Sales Specialist to spearhead the growth of our cutting-edge healthcare technology platform. This role blends sales, client onboarding, and project management, offering a unique opportunity to drive user adoption and contribute to ongoing platform development. If you have a passion for healthcare technology, sales expertise, and a knack for managing projects, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Lead sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and closing new clinic clients. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of the platform to potential clients. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and consistently achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and key stakeholders. Oversee onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth platform adoption. Collaborate with the development team to support platform improvements. Gather user feedback to drive product enhancements and future iterations. Troubleshoot client issues and provide ongoing user support. The Successful Candidate Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or project management. Strong background in B2B and B2C sales, ideally within healthcare or tech sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of CRM software, project management tools, and healthcare workflows is a plus. A passion for innovation and a drive to make a tangible impact in healthcare technology.
