Systems Administrator Powering Seamless Operations Through Smart & Secure Systems The Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining, optimising, and securing the organisation’s key management systems. As a technical expert and problem-solver, this role ensures that systems run smoothly, efficiently, and securely, enabling teams to focus on delivering outstanding services. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the Systems Administrator enhances the performance of client management systems and organisation-wide business applications, ensuring they evolve with the organisation’s needs. What We’re Looking For ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. ✔ Demonstrated experience in system administration or business systems management. ✔ A current C or CA Driver’s License (QLD) Key Skills & Competencies: ✔ Substantial understanding of enterprise software, configuration and data security best practices; ✔ High level of problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex-system related issues; ✔ High level of communication skills and ability to provide clear and professional instructions when providing system support and training to users; ✔ Sound level of attention to detail to ensure managements systems are properly maintained and aligned with compliance standards.
