Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Scheduler to join us. About the Role: As an NDIS Administration Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing schedules for our support workers and clients. You will ensure that services are delivered efficiently while balancing the needs of both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and coordinate shifts for support workers based on client needs and availability. • Communicate with clients, families, and support workers to ensure seamless service delivery. • Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes and last-minute requests. • Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and NDIS management system. • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and company policies. • Assist with administrative tasks related to rostering and client bookings. What We’re Looking For: • Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination in the disability or healthcare sector. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes. • Familiarity with NDIS processes and regulations (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
