ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking driven and passionate Sales Managers to join their second-hand car sales team. In this role. you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our business. Whether you're leading a team or directly engaging with customers, your expertise will help expand our market reach and achieve ambitious sales targets. DUTIES Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty Ensure efficient sales operations and continuously improve team performance REQUIREMENTS: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a Full Driver’s License Proactive mindset with a strong passion for automotive sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team Previous sales experience or a background in marketing preferred Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Mandarin is essential BENEFITS Competitive base salary commission structure.
