About You: Previous experience working within the residential building industry preferred Minimum of 1-year administrative and customer service experience with consistent and at pace workflow Proficient use of Microsoft Office Use of building industry software or CRM advantageous (but not essential, training provided) Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and face to face Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong spoken and written communications skills Duties and Responsibilities: Manage pre-site administration from receipt of signed building contract to job start onsite Monitor lodged building approvals to ensure jobs are progressing in a timely manner Liaise with internal and external parties to reach workflow targets for all projects Ensure procedures are followed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Provide timely updates to management and clients Interviews Please forward your up-to-date Resume asap.
