The Opportunity Sought after opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our highly successful property management team on a sought after key client account; ISPT. They operate in a fast paced, commercial environment that will utilise your attention to detail and strong administrative skills. This is a 9 month parental leave cover and there may be opportunities for further extension into other roles to expand your career within CBRE. This flexible role is Canberra based, and our preference is an onsite team member, however we are open to a Sydney based employee. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Administrative support to the property team in service delivery across a portfolio of commercial and retail assets - Monthly tenant billings and recharges, as well as entering and maintaining accurate data in property management software - Generate reports and maintain and update tenant records and files - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders About you: - Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed - A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems - Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and clients at all levels.
