The opportunity: Reporting to the Process and Automation Manager, the Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Finance, Commercial, and Sales functions of the Visy Logistics business. This role is responsible for maintaining a variety of administration and master data tasks, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be capable of delivering high-quality reporting, financial analysis, and decision support for financial adjustments and ad hoc reporting. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with key stakeholders to enhance reporting processes and develop data-driven strategies that drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities are, but not be limited to: Maintain and oversee customer invoicing accruals for AU & NZ, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding items. Liaise with stakeholders and the invoicing team to manage accruals and address invoicing queries. Act as the primary contact for customer invoicing issues, resolving them efficiently and supporting new invoicing requirements. Train stakeholders on financial accrual reports and ensure adherence to current processes. Establish and maintain data quality rules, procedures, and policies in collaboration with Visy Group Management. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports on rate levels, utilization, and volumetric movement of goods, ensuring system accuracy. Implement controls and reporting structures to monitor and improve data accuracy, aligning with business needs. Implement and maintain appropriate controls to prevent financial discrepancies. Provide backup support for master data administrator during leave periods, ensuring continuity, data integrity, and operational efficiency. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Supply Chain (highly desirable). 3–5 years of experience in a Master Data or Finance Administration role within Logistics/Supply Chain. Strong analytical and commercial data reporting skills, with the ability to present insights effectively. Proficiency in data extraction, evaluation, and analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong customer service focus, with keen attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. High-level data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency. Experience with RAMCO and SAP Finance is highly desirable but not essential.
