About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Bidding Team in a dynamic rail and infrastructure business. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Bidding Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in document preparation, formatting, and coordination for bid submissions. Manage and maintain records, files, and templates on SharePoint. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars for key stakeholders. Support the team with Microsoft Office Suite tasks, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner. Assist in collating data and reports for bid proposals and presentations. About You A positive and energetic approach to work, with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation. Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. A team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving and collaborative environment. Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a construction, rail, or infrastructure environment, is highly regarded but not essential.
