SERVICE COORDINATOR - TEMPORARY ONGOING WORK We are currently seeking a highly organized customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Service Coordinator to join our clients team on an ongoing temporary assignment. This assignment is located in Brookvale, close to Warringah Mall Shopping Centre and Public Transport. Street parking is also available. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1/2 hr for lunch. As a Service Coordinator, you will be the communication between customers and service technicians and responsible for managing, scheduling and coordinating service calls, maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring they receive timely technical assistance. This role requires someone who has attention to detail, excels in teamwork, and who enjoys delivering a friendly, outstanding customer service and working as part of a team. You will need to demonstrate previous database, CRM and customer service experience within an operations environment, be self-driven, motivated, and organised with problem solving attributes. You will be a key point of contact for customers and form part of the operations team. Training will be given. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all correspondence is organized, prioritized, and responded to accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of the Inspection & Testing team by coordinating and scheduling appointments, enabling them to meet customer and operational needs effectively. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of call-outs and repair tasks, working closely with team members to allocate resources and ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations. Collaborate with the operations team to manage supplementary works and extensions related to repairs and call-outs, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and adherence to deadlines. Team Work and collaboration Carry out general admin duties as required. As the ideal candidate you will also have: Excellent spoken and written communications skills, Experience in scheduling would be an advantage Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office, Be able to demonstrate taking responsibility or working independently in prior roles, Be proactive in solving problems Self-disciplined to work independently on tasks and deadlines. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
