We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team If you have experience in Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Mental Health, Mobility Support, Medication Assistance, or Behaviour Support, we want to hear from you About the Role We support two male clients who have experienced road transport accidents. Our clients have a range of interests, including meditation, drawing, and music. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in their daily lives, providing care, companionship, and encouragement in a supportive environment. Locations: Bell Post Hill St Albans Park Available Shifts: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday to Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sleepover 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting individuals with complex needs, including understanding behaviors and restrictive practices Providing mobility support and medication assistance Assisting clients in the community – a current driver’s license is required Engaging clients in their hobbies and interests Why Join Us?
