Our branches are an important part of the communities they’re based in – and as a Customer Service Lead, you’d have an important role to play in helping the community to get the best possible banking experience. Combining your business know-how with your passion for people, you’ll work with your Regional General Manager and your branch team to coach and motivate a diverse, dynamic and collaborative team to even greater heights. A natural ability to put the customer at the heart of everything you do – and to manage a team of people by inspiring them to do the same. You’ll be a senior member of a branch team and be a strategic thinker to help implement local sales plans to drive business and develop and encourage your team to learn and grow – so you’ll be equipped with everything you need to deliver above and beyond results. That includes profit and loss accountability, great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
