As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients and contractors, and driving revenue across both civil construction and our existing product offerings. You will play a vital role in the strategic growth of the company within the civil construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil construction industry. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Develop and present proposals, bids, and tenders for new projects. Work closely with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the civil construction industry. An engineering degree is a plus.
