Governor’s Lodge Resort on Norfolk Island are seeking personalities who are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences in a remote & unique location. THOSE WITHOUT PRIOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS/FRONT OFFICE EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY. We are looking for energetic, driven staff who can work within the reservations/front office team of our 55 cabin resort, 14 unit aparments, touring & car hire company on Norfolk Island. Your main tasks will be entering hotel, car & tour reservations. You will also be required to help the front office/reception with duties such as greeting guests as they come in, managing the check-in and check-out process, answering questions and requests, and helping with administrative tasks at the front desk. This is a busy hands-on role as we also operate a car hire business from this location. It is also the pick up point for our bus tour company. Depending on our staff levels & the needs of the hotel, you may also be required to work within our F&B or housekeeping team.
