About the role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our Sydney head office, based in The Rocks. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our executive team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Sydney office. As the primary point of contact for the office, you will be an integral part of our team, taking on a variety of administrative and office management tasks. As you will be the main point of contact for the Sydney office, please note this role will be based in the office 5 days per week. Role Responsibilities Provide office management duties for our Sydney head office, making sure it is kept tidy, well maintained and presentable at all times, and being the main point of contact for the office Provide administration support for specific projects or business units including research, data collection, maintenance of portals/databases, reporting and coordination with relevant internal and/or external parties Provide guidance and support with travel arrangements, including assistance with profile set up, following up on quotes, travel options, setting up profiles and general maintenance of the teams’ profiles Provide administration support with document creation, collating of information, proofing and formatting of documentation and/or communications Provide ad hoc administrative support where required to support the business Requirements Experience in a similar providing administrative support and/or office coordination MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) Proven experience formatting, proofing and finalising documentation to a high standard Proven ability to use initiative, a self-starter who is enthusiastic and an early adapter for new systems/processes Proactive attitude with a high attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management Excellent time management skills If you’re an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support, we’d love to hear from you What we offer A genuine team culture across all our offices, including regular shared learning experiences, staff gatherings and ongoing professional development.
