Key Accountability Ensure the safety of themselves and others at all times Adhere to Studco policies and procedures Be accountable, collaborate and engage with all departments Working in a positive manner at all times Loading and Unloading of all types of trucks and containers Order picking and packing (manual and forklift equipment) Accuracy of order picking and fulfillment Checking and ensuring loads and packed orders are safe and secure Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards Assist in training and further development of new staff General house keeping Key Selection Criteria LF Forklift License Essential (Victorian) High accuracy to attention to detail Able to work well under fast moving and high pressure environment Constructive verbal and written communication skills Keen sense of safety
