This position is full-time working Monday to Friday. Duties Provide general administration assistance including managing emails, photocopying, printing and processing of production paperwork. Use MITEK program to print jobs from detailers Operating the reception switchboard Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner. Greeting and assisting visitors at reception Other administration tasks as required by your manager About You Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Good general administration skills.
