To support our growth plans we are currently seeking to appoint new team members to work in our dynamic environment. The Opportunity HeliMods is seeking an experienced distribution and warehouse coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the distribution of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as the day-to-day operations of the internal warehouse functionality. Reporting to the Head of Production, this role interfaces closely with several other organisational teams, including the manufacturing, supply and project teams. The successful candidate will be highly organised, a good communicator, proficient in the use of systems (e.g. ERP, WMS) and able to lead a growing team in a dynamic environment to achieve high quality outcomes. Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the distribution team to ensure the efficient and on-time delivery of goods across the business, including incoming and outgoing, as well internal goods movements and storage (e.g. production work-in-progress and warehousing) Manage and maintain accuracy, traceability and control of inventory items at all times, including maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment and assisting in any periodic inventory control process (e.g. stocktakes, cycle counts) Lead and implement best practice approaches to ensure high levels of product quality and conformity Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to best achieve project delivery outcomes Coordinate and monitor team resourcing to meet planned output requirements Skills and Experience Proven experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics or warehousing roles Experience in leading a team Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100) Proficiency in using various enterprise systems e.g. ERP, WMS Strong problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions High level of attention to detail and accuracy Current forklift license (LF) What we need for you to proceed To submit a full application, please include a cover letter and CV.
