We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team, where two wonderful participants are looking forward to welcoming a new team member Location : Whittington Shifts (2 positions available): Set fortnightly shifts, you have to be available for all the days and times mentioned when choosing a position. Position 1 Week 1: Friday: 5:00pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) Sunday: 9:00am to 3:00pm Week 2: Thursday: 11:00am to 3:00pm Friday: 5:00pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) Saturday: 4:30pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) Position 2 Week 1: Tuesday: 5:00pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) Saturday: 4:00pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) Week 2: Tuesday: 4:00pm to 9:30am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) Saturday: 5:00pm to 9:30am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am) About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will be integral in providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where both participants can thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Providing daily support with activities of daily living, including cooking, medication administration, and emotional regulation. Encouraging participation in hobbies and activities to enrich the lives of both participants. Creating a positive and fun atmosphere, whether through playing games, baking together, or enjoying music and conversation. Supporting personal growth and independence while ensuring each participant feels heard, respected, and valued. Experience or willingness to support individuals with psychosocial needs. Why Join Us?
