Our Opportunity WELDLOK has spent the last 60 years designing, fabricating and supplying grating, steel flooring and handrailing right here in Australia. The Customer Service Officer will provide front line customer support, eager to find solutions for our customers. They will also focus on: Execution: Ensuring that all inquiries are actioned, including further investigation where required to provide the best outcome for our customers. The ability to gather the right information to deeply understand our customers needs is required. Business Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of all WELDLOK products, processes and capabilities as to inform external stakeholders. Culture: Value a strong work ethic while finding yourself comfortable in our tight-knit office environment. Structure: Working in a flat structured environment, you will collaborate and communicate with colleagues of all levels to get the job done. This includes Estimators, Account Managers and Warehouse personnel. About you You will be a: Skilled Professional: Bring strong customer service professionalism to the position with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, ideally within manufacturing or construction environments. Subject Matter Expert: Posses the ability to become knowledgeable on all Weldlok products to ensure you are providing fast, accurate and value-adding information when speaking with customers. System Guru: Comfortable navigating various software platforms to find appropriate pricing, dimensions and offerings. Will update, amend and manage the CRM as required. Relationship Building Persona: Engage with regular B2B customers and build long term business relationships by providing easy-to-follow and informative solutions with stakeholders of varying seniority. Strong Communicator: Speak clearly, with purpose and be able to effectively deal with all seniority levels – from Store People to General Managers.
