Receptionist/Property Management Admin — Double Bay, Eastern Suburbs

The Role Based at the front desk, you’ll be the welcoming face of the office while playing a key support role to the property management team. Your day will be a mix of client service, coordination, and admin, making you an essential part of the team’s smooth operation. Key Responsibilities: Answer and divert calls in a warm and professional manner Greet and assist clients and guests as they arrive Support the property management team with administration Manage office supplies, incoming mail, and basic coordination tasks Assist with property-related documents and systems The Person You’re enthusiastic, well-presented, and looking to build a long-term career in real estate. With a strong interest in property and a proactive attitude, you’ll love being in the thick of a dynamic and supportive team.
