We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to assist with personal care, Peristeen bowel care, catheter care, meal preparation, general domestic duties and ensure his well-being. Responsibilities: High intensity supports: Managing Peristeen bowel care and catheter care. Medication Prompts: Provide timely reminders for medication to ensure adherence to prescribed schedules. Meal Planning: Assist in planning balanced and nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements and preferences. Personal Care: Showering, grooming, drying, dressing. Companionship: Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
