Shifts Available: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM What We’re Looking For: Admin & Data Entry Focused – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and managing information. Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick thinking and effective decision-making Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Excellent Communication – Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) – Transport experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right candidate What You’ll Do: Manifesting consignments – Ensure accurate tracking and delivery. Coordinating load planning & operational support – Assist in efficient transport management. Processing & managing customer orders – Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Collaborating with operational staff – Meet all customer requirements effectively. Overseeing freight bookings & time slot allocations – Maintain smooth logistics operations. Debriefing driver paperwork – Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping. Assisting with depot pallet control – Support efficient inventory management. Ensuring accurate documentation & compliance – Adhere to all transport industry regulations and standards.
