As their project pipeline continues to expand, they are now looking for a driven Contracts Administrator who is ready to step up into a Project Management role taking full ownership of project delivery and ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion. ABOUT THE POSITION. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and collaborating with site, design, and project teams. You will oversee multiple projects across NSW, ranging in value from $5M to $50M, with involvement spanning from the initial design phase through to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. DUTIES. Service coordination Variations Procurement Programming Cost control Client management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable Minimum 1 year in the building industry Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers Good communication and people skills Attention to detail Time management CULTURE.
