Our Opportunity We are seeking a Clinical Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our HR operations, talent pipeline, and compliance processes. As a Clinical Administrator , you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians, providing a range of administrative and operational support, ensuring compliance with relevant practices and policies, and coordinating the onboarding of new employees. About the Role Coordinating clinician diary changes, leave requests, and updates in Pracsuite. Maintaining clinician records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Facilitating the onboarding of new clinicians. Coordinating training sessions, including Pracsuite training and professional development. Managing the scheduling of peer supervision and network events to foster continuous learning. Overseeing clinical file transfers and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Supporting student placements and assisting with head office events and marketing materials. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high level clinical delivery. Support the collation of data in relation to clinician utilisation and performance. Promote best practice initiatives and drive clinician communication Work with leadership to provide updates on clinician workforce changes and needs. About You Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal). Ability to build positive relationships with clinicians and team members, contributing to a positive work culture. Previous experience in an administrative or HR role, ideally within the healthcare or psychology sector. A proactive problem-solver with a solutions-focused approach. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices is highly desirable. Understanding of mental health and psychology is a bonus. Why Join Us?
