We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a 12-week contract with a view to extend . If you are ready to hit the ground running and bring your expertise to a high-profile project, this is the role for you Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts from award through to final completion. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, variations, and claims. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Track project costs and ensure they remain within budget. Assist in managing progress claims, payments, and invoicing. Address any issues related to contract performance, delays, or disputes. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry. Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably new builds. Job Pac systems experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
