We are an Australian-based global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with a proud history of manufacturing and supplying tough submersible pumps to the underground and surface mining sector. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This role offers a Monday - Friday schedule (7.5 hours per day), with reasonable overtime as needed. This position is based in our Perth branch. As our Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team, customers, and other departments to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships. Success in this role means the smooth functioning of the sales function and ensuring our customers are full supported and informed. You'll make an impact by: Managing the sales inbox Capturing leads and maintaining data integrity in the CRM Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical product information Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and dispatch of customer orders Providing back up administration support to the branches when required Preparing various monthly sales reports Ensuring consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfactory products and service To succeed in this role, you'll have: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Sales Representative Previous service/hire industry experience Excellent customer service skills Intermediate computer skills Have current Australian working rights A proactive commitment to safety protocols Experience working with a CRM While not essential, we would love to see candidates with experience in mining or manufacturing, or those with a strong mechanical aptitude.
