Contracts Administrator | Industrial & Multi-Residential Projects Brisbane & Surrounding Areas | Projects up to $30M | Immediate Start Salary range depending on experience - $140,000 - $170,000 plus super About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team, delivering industrial and multi-residential projects valued up to $30 million . Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Administer head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes. Cost Control: Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial reporting accuracy. Variations & Claims: Assess variations, process progress claims, and manage RFI responses. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all contracts, payments, and regulatory requirements are met.
