Locations: West End, Brisbane, QLD Cremorne, Melbourne, VIC Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home, once trained) Start Date: 7th April 2025 (Initial 2-month contract with possibility of extension and permanency) Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible hours available for school pickup) Pay Rate: $45 to $50 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrators to assist with significant supply chain contract mobilisation activities. This role involves onboarding high volumes of subcontractors, including the migration of existing subcontractors and the onboarding of new ones. With 800 to 1200 subcontracts to be processed, your focus will be on using standardized templates and processes to ensure smooth and efficient contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist with due diligence and compliance steps for seeking approvals. Populate core information into subcontract templates. Review proposed departures to terms and conditions from subcontractors and route these for resolution. Perform Confidentiality Agreement checks, subcontractor particulars populating, rates negotiation, and terms and conditions negotiation. Handle onboarding administration and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors. Act as the key commercial interface between the company and its supply chain. Qualifications & Experience: Mandatory: Commercial subcontractor onboarding experience. Strong knowledge of subcontracts and commercial negotiation of terms and conditions. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Preferred: Experience with Adobe Sign and JIRA (not essential).
