We are partnered with an environmental law firm based in Thornton who are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant with a high level of initiative and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Diary management, booking of travel, accommodation, and seminars. Drafting correspondence and legal documents. Preparing court books, tender bundles, and briefs for barristers. Filing documentation through court portals. Preparing tender documentation and lodging tenders through portals. Monitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are met. Managing the firm’s website and LinkedIn updates. About You Minimum of 3 to 5 years of legal secretary experience, ideally in general litigation. Experience in Local Government and the Land and Environment Court is desirable but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and support team efficiencies while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LEAP or similar legal software.
