If you're passionate about asset finance, customer engagement, and results-driven collections, this could be your next big move The Roles… Reporting to the Head of Collections, you will join a high-performing supportive team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Collections Officer – Asset Recovery Manage debt collection and asset recovery for secured auto loans Engage with external mercantile agents and auction houses to locate customers and recover assets Self-manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and negotiate recovery solutions Assess credit risk and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and privacy laws Support internal recovery strategies and contribute to continuous process improvement Legal Recoveries Officer Work closely with external legal partners to pursue recovery through legal channels Oversee a portfolio of secured loans in default, managing the legal recovery process from start to finish Ensure all activity complies with regulatory and privacy requirements Assess risk, implement tailored recovery strategies, and maintain accurate documentation Support the Collections team by improving recovery outcomes and managing workload efficiently.
