Customer Service Officer — Sydney, Sydney Region

Immediate start, 3 month temporary contract with potential to extend 11 positions available Be onboarded and warmly welcomed into the team alongside a group of new starters $35 per hour plus super The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and friendly contact centre team, within a purposeful professional organisation that protects the safety of the public. Main responsibilities include: Answering volume inbound calls and providing accurate and timely information Responding to web enquiries Providing guidance to members on a new multi-factor authentication process, to enable them to access digital portals and resources Highly information-centric role - providing patient and helpful advice to resolve issues, queries and concerns regarding multi-factor authentication and systems Requirements Strong experience in a similar volume contact centre environment A proven track record of accurately understanding policies, information and multi-factor authentication processes and clearly conveying these to callers Resilience, patience and empathy when responding appropriately to unique calls and web enquiries Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills An ability to jump right in and commit to thorough and efficient onboarding/training Proficient in the use of systems with capturing notes Team-oriented, with a can-do and professional attitude Benefits Secure immediate temporary employment for 3 months, with potential to extend 11 roles available Be trained and welcomed warmly into an inclusive team alongside 10 other new starters Work under the guidance and training of a very friendly and supportive manager Contribute to meaningful and vital work that protects the public If this sounds like you and the role you have been waiting for, please contact Kerri on 02 8366 0944 or apply below
