Fantastic staff tenure and collaborative, friendly team culture The Position The purpose of the Sales Administrator role is to provide admin support to the client and internal stakeholders, as follows: Provide end to end sales support to a leading Selling Principal, with over 10yrs industry experience Manage their diary, emails and appointment bookings Prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts Assist with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will have: Previous real estate experience, ideally in a sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/team Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Experience using Agentbox and Realtair preferred Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Immaculate personal presentation is a must Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong administrative skills with great time management Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker Great customer focussed attitude Ability to build rapport and have outstanding communication skills This role is exclusive with P3 Recruitment and not listed with any other recruitment agency.
