Join a leading Tier One Civil Contractor and play a key role in supporting their finance team. They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Finance Administrator experienced in Project Accounting to assist with financial processes, project reconciliation, and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a 3 month contract based in Perth CBD. Key Responsibilities: Process month-end entries, including journals and accruals. Manage monthly billing and ensure accuracy. Reconcile project variations to maintain financial integrity. Maintain accurate financial records between site and finance teams. Assist with general timesheet queries. Ensure correct cost allocations across projects. Handle site requests and finance-related queries. Provide general finance administration and assist with ad hoc tasks as required. Skills & Experience: Proficiency in MS Excel with strong data management skills. Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders. Strong data entry and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail. Highly organised with excellent time management abilities. Previous experience in a finance administration role within a construction or contracting environment is advantageous. Experience using SAP is essential.
