Position 1: Associate Registry Officer Location: Pyrmont Duration: Until 02/10/2025 Pay Rate: $400 - $450 per day Super As an Associate Registry Officer, you will process applications for registering key life events such as births, deaths, marriages, and changes of name or sex. Your role will involve reviewing legal documents, assessing applications for compliance with legislation, and providing high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assess applications and registrations for compliance with legislation and policies. Evaluate legal documents and verify supporting evidence. Respond to enquiries from customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Ensure accurate and secure entries into the Register. Follow up on incomplete or non-compliant applications. Key Skills & Experience: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Sensitivity and professionalism in working with diverse communities. Position 2: Registry Officer Location: Sydney CBD Duration: 07/04/2025 – 27/06/2025 Pay Rate: $31.09 - $42.26 per hour Super The Registry Officer will provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the Tribunal. This role requires strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service in a Tribunal environment. Provide administrative support, including data entry and record management. Prepare correspondence and maintain electronic and physical records. Work efficiently to meet deadlines across multiple tasks. Key Skills & Experience: Strong administrative and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
